Your order will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt of payment.  On occasion it may take a little longer.  We will ship to any address in the continental United States. USPS Delays are beyond our control.  There, we can not refund shipping based on delays within the postal system.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
